Being British there is frequently the connotation that we like to covert things. Stick a flag on it and claim ownership. As much as I'd love to do this, I can't gatekeep Cloudian.

Busan's soon to be greatest export has delivered yet again a step towards potential greatness. Having interviewed the three core members of Brighten, O.M and Logan on their second tour, I couldn't wait to experience this tour with no official agenda. Just go to the gig, sing, scream, jump and immerse myself in the music. Yeah. I wasn't ready for this.

Finally solidified in their new masked guise and heavier direction, the guys are now joined by two additional mystery men filling the guitarist and Buk/DJ positions. The sheer wall of sound hits you the moment they take the stage and doesn't exit your body until the following day. The sleek mixture of traditional Korean attire and western goth styling, combined with the gargoyle inspired masks adds to the image which has been ever shifting until this point. This alluring cocktail is Cloudian's absolute sweet spot. Just be careful what you present to a girl, she might not want to let you go.

Choosing the heavier tracks from their nine year career, they weave a heady spell over the audience. This was so obvious at their first arena shows at the Ryucon Festival in Krakow. Like a Pied Piper, Brighten's voice, charisma, and commanding stage presence called in the uninitiated to service.

New tracks 'The Search' with its insane drill beat, cascading rap versus, and emo tinged sing-along chorus; and 'Claws' with its pure stadium anthem in the making, had the audiences in raptures. Throw in crowd favourites like 'Panthera', 'Resolve', and 'You'll see' and the audience was left in a sweaty mess.

We need to mention O.M's insane energy levels whilst playing complex, beautiful and haunting violin leads. It was like witnessing a tornado rip through the stage. Then of course we have everyone's favourite once former maknae, Logan. The drummer extraordinaire, even hidden behind a mask, had quite a few of the ladies in the audience swooning.

It sounds like the guys won't be back on European soil for a while, but when they do remember to get in line.

How far they really go is up to them, but I'll always be here... With my flag.
